The Imprio^® product family features a sophisticated, but easy-to-use, graphical user interface called the Application Manager™ to control the hardware system.

The Application Manager moves operators through the wafer imprinting process step-by-step, using various interactive screens. Users can create individual imprint recipes, design imprint layouts, control layer-to-layer alignment, and maintain imprint records with this Linux/Windows-based software application. Depending on the specific systems, operators even have the flexibility to customize drop patterns of imprint resist that are optimized for a specific imprint field, enabling simultaneous imprinting of both dense and sparse features in the same field.
